Laura O’Neill is a housewife from Fort Worth, Texas who enjoys stone carving. A woman worries about her children left in school because she can’t attend classes. However, it soon becomes clear that the chemistry teacher, Diana Fisher, finds out that the women are aware of who the real leader in the class is. Dashrat Manji has a reputation for working alone. It took only four days to destroy this reputation. He is not just masterfully doing his job – he actually creates a new life for his family.
8. Set up
The plot of the film is based on real events. In the summer of 1974, two British missionaries preaching about God were kidnapped and murdered in Nigeria. After the first attack, the police sent a special team to southern Nigeria under the command of Mike Hendrix (Robert Powell) to hunt down, arrest and interrogate the kidnappers. All three were captured, but one of them, Owen Davis, is not only a justified court decision, but is also presumed dead. If he is not “found”, the preacher’s disappearance will look like a murder.
It was originally planned that Hendrix would survive and write a book about his mission, but he was soon killed on the orders of the Caliph of Mosul. After that, Owen was ordered to cut out all his insides and, having carved a doll out of them, to bury him inside the statue. Link
