The supply of homes on the market is still depressed. In October, sales of newly built homes — those priced under $250,000 — were at their lowest level in seven years, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

That’s reflected in the numbers for all U.S. home sales and listed prices. Sales for existing homes fell again in October to the lowest level in 12 years, according to the National Association of Realtors. That’s particularly worrisome for a nation where the vast majority of homes are owned.

Prices for existing homes have risen steadily in recent years, up 32 percent since hitting a low of $153,300 in September 2008. Rising prices are good for buyers, but they could also be good for sellers.

Homes that are appraised at higher prices also fetch higher offers, which could boost prices even higher.

I’m working on a project using SQL Server 2012.
I use Entity Framework as a ORM and Code-First in the context of Migrations.
The initial database was created from a SQL Server 2012 database I had.
When the project was done I set up the second database, migrated the database (including some entity classes) and then ran the project to see how the application would behave.
I found that everything works fine except the entities can’t be inserted to the database because the database doesn’t have any tables anymore and because of that EF doesn’t find any tables to create a new entity.
Any way to fix this?
I noticed that the publish folder had a bunch of files and folders that are not necessary for the application to work. I removed them all and now the publish folder is back again.

You have to unload your project for the publish bin folder to get removed. Right click on project in solution explorer, and click Unload Project.
It’s a dumb idea to publish this folder but Windows behaves that way.
