I’m writing a Web Application using ASP.NET MVC 5.
I want to make it so that the Facebook Graph API can be used to authenticate users.
I have some ideas how to do this and I’ve looked at many different sources.
But I’m not quite sure how to implement this best.
Is there a tutorial, or example that I can use to achieve this?
Could someone please post their/some of their own code, or outline how they would do this?

Some questions about the RC4 algorithm
A few pages before I started working on an algorithm to generate random numbers in C, I started reading about the RC4 algorithm. So far I understand that it is based on an initialization phase in which it sends the whole 16-bytes of its state to the other party via a call to a function. In addition, it has a shift-register where it stores the previous state plus a counter, namely, the XOR of the previous counter’s value and that same value, which is the only information used to update the internal state. Then, when a new block of data comes in the shift-register, it is divided into 64-bit ints and each one is XORed with the state in the shift-register. Finally, the resulting XORs are saved into some other registers.
But I have some questions about this algorithm, so I’d like to see other answers and comments to my questions.
Considering that in the initialization phase we are sending the whole 16-bytes of its state to the other party, why don’t we send also the bits in the counter and the shift register registers? At first I thought that it’s because we are using XOR, but then I read that XOR is used only as a means to save information between two parties, not as an encryption method.
