Could you not maybe just add a small bit of documentation with regards to how to use the app? I think the use-case is the same as saying “Where’s my CCCP?”. The web site describes the application, but it would be nice to get a quick run-down of what to do with it.

GearSketch is a simple application that’s designed to let you draw a gear. You can make a gear out of up to five parts. As well as drawing gears you can also make gears based on a mathematical shape. I did that because a lot of people don’t know how to work with mathematical shapes such as the “normal” gear, but they can work with shapes like the “golden angle gear” and so on. Well, I can’t say that I found every bug and problem, but there are still plenty of annoying bugs.
When I update the application to a newer version and restart the application, sometimes, the menu appears empty, and I must delete and add it manually to fix the application.
When I import a batch of images into the application and delete the first image, the application crashes.
The keyboard accelerates while adding items to the list of elements.
The scrollview sometimes jumps while editing and sometimes it shows the last selected item instead of the first item.
On startup, the application crashes.
When an image doesn’t fit the view anymore, it is deformed.
Some of the gear’s images are copied to the clipboard as-is.
The items in the list are not editable.
The gear’s animation changes when I delete an item.
I’ve found a bug where the “preview” icon becomes red when you open the gear’s editor and then you change the gear’s shape.
The order of the animation properties doesn’t seem to work.
Shapes on the gear’s editor don’t make the gear bigger when I change the size of the image.
When I delete an item, the deleted item doesn’t go on the list of items.
When I delete a gear that is at the same level as the gear in the list, the gear at the top of the list goes back to the same level.
When I delete a gear on the last position and I import an image at the same level, the image goes at the same level as the last one.
